2. Project Scope and Agreement
Each project will be defined by a mutually agreed upon scope of work ("SOW") document, which outlines deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and other important details. This document serves as a contract for services provided.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated Timeframes:
Delivery times for all projects (Website Development, Ecommerce Development, Software Development, and Marketing) will be provided at the start of the project, based on the project scope and requirements. We will provide an estimated timeline in the SOW, but all timelines are subject to change based on project complexity, client feedback, and external factors.
Delays:
We make every effort to meet agreed-upon delivery dates. However, delays may occur due to the following factors:
- Changes or additions to the original scope by the client.
- Delays in receiving required content or materials from the client.
- External dependencies, such as third-party services, hosting issues, or unforeseen technical complications.
In the event of delays, we will notify the client promptly and provide a revised timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
4. Refund Policy
Custom Development Projects:
For custom website, ecommerce, and software development, we typically do not offer refunds once a project has started, as work is initiated, and resources are allocated to your project. However, if a project is canceled before work begins, we will provide a full refund minus any administrative or setup fees incurred.
Marketing and Branding Services:
For marketing and branding services, refunds are not offered after the service has been rendered or marketing campaigns have commenced. If the client is dissatisfied with the initial deliverables, we will work to revise and improve the service based on client feedback. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are generally not offered after the commencement of the service.
Deposits:
A deposit is required before work begins on all services. The deposit is non-refundable once the project has started. For larger projects, payment terms will be outlined in the SOW, with payment made at various stages of the project.
5. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the SOW, with clear instructions on due dates and amounts. Payments are typically due in installments based on milestones or project phases.
Late Payments:

Revisions and Additional Work:
The client may request revisions within the agreed-upon scope. Any work beyond the scope outlined in the SOW will be billed separately at an agreed-upon hourly rate.
8. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Any proprietary information, business details, or sensitive data shared by the client will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
No Warranty on Third-Party Services:
While we strive to ensure that all services function as intended, we do not warrant that third-party services or products (e.g., hosting, plugins, software integrations) will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Project Accuracy:
We will make every effort to ensure that our work meets the specifications and requirements outlined in the SOW, but we do not guarantee the absence of bugs, errors, or issues that may arise post-launch. We provide a standard warranty period for bug fixes and technical support (typically 30 days after project completion).
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event will JetWeb Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services, or any third-party services or products. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice. If the client terminates the project after work has begun, the client will be required to pay for all work completed up to that point, including any non-refundable deposits or fees.
12. Governing Law
